Goose Liver at Café Kool

It’s not your average dinner buffet at Café Kool in Tsim Sha Tsui’s Kowloon Shangri-La. For a limited time, an assortment of dishes featuring goose liver from France will be available along with the usual dinner selections. Start yourmeal with a salad topped with goose liver terrine and wine jelly or pan-fried liver with garlic toast.

Unique creations include steamed egg with goose liver and dill, and deep fried goose liver seafood wontons.

To balance the rich dishes, a beverage package can be selected for HK$98 per person which includes an unlimited serving ofhouse red or white wine, soft drinks or orange juice.

The dinner buffet is available Monday to Wednesday for HK$458 per adult and HK$368 per child, Thursdays are HK$508 and HK$408 and Friday, weekends, and holidays HK$528 and HK$428 respectively.
