No fish better represents winter than Japanese amberjack, otherwise known as buri—abundant at this time of the year and now available at Tokio Joe's weekend brunch!

Imported from Hokkaido, buri is rich in fat content and has a beautifully firm texture. Chef Wah prepares the fish for brunch guests as a myriad of sashimi, sushi rolls, tempura, grilled items and more. Highlights include the buri salad and buri kama shioyaki. For the mains, guests can choose from the buri teriyaki, grilled lamb chop or A5 Saga beef hitokuchi yaki.
