Enjoy French treats and pastry perfection at the esteemed restaurant at Harbour City
Celebrated for chef Nicolas Boutin’s contemporary take on French cuisine, Harbour City’s Épure is launching a luxurious afternoon tea this summer. Designed to capitalise on the abundance of summer produce, the tea set will be served at both the restaurant and the terrace.
The new afternoon tea is the brainchild of chef Boutin, created with a strong focus on seasonality, which presents itself in both savoury morsels and bite-sized desserts. The brand-new tea set will bring new flavour combinations such as cranberry and gingerbread with foie gras, or a vanilla-laced Opera cake with an earthy truffle and almond biscuit base. The luxury summer afternoon tea features dishes including:
- Petit pain au homard (lobster and black truffle petit sandwich)
- Le vegetale (mille crepes cake with baby spinach, cream cheese and bell peppers)
- Delice framboise & pistache (pistachio and raspberry sponge cake and mousse)
- The matcha & chocolate noir (crispy layer of 66% caraibe dark chocolate and green tea cream)
- Macarons du jour (daily selection of macarons)
The new luxury afternoon tea set completes with a glass of fresh orange juice. Guests can also indulge in a free-flow of Frédéric Lornet Crémant du Jura Rosé or Billecart-Salmon Brut NV for HK$238 per person. The new tea set is served from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
