Far from your average chocolate egg, the beautifully crafted chocolate samurai, chocolate geisha and sumo bunny are made from the highest quality Valrhona chocolate––with a more traditional milk chocolate Ikebana Easter Egg with crispy praline also available for those looking for a more traditional take.

13. L'Envol

A tribute to the iconic Fabergé egg, L'Envol's Easter egg is a beautiful pearlescent white on the outside, but cracks open to reveal an interior of Valrhona Illanka 63% Dark Chocolate Pistoles with a caramelised hazelnut and praline with feuillantine spread, dazzled with toasted assorted nuts: France Piedmont hazelnut, Iranian pistachio, pecan, whole almond and sprinkled with French sea salt.

Created by pastry chef Mandy Siu, this work of chocolate art matches the Fabergé egg in decadence and sophistication, and is available for pickup until April 10 for HK$498.
