The Shanghainese establishment launches a new set menu featuring the season’s freshest catches from the sea

This spring, Causeway Bay’s 10 Shanghai is celebrating the freshest of ocean harvest. From now until April 30, guests visiting the esteemed Shanghainese restaurant can indulge in a six-course set menu featuring some of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Guests can select a unique appetiser such as the restaurant’s popular Shanghai style sweet and sour baby back ribs or smoked soft-boiled eggs with black truffle pearls, followed by braised baby yellow croaker with glutinous rice cake and stewed bird’s nest with almond juice for dessert. For an additional HK$198 guests can add to their menu a half portion of 10 Shanghai’s crispy smoked chicken with tea. The set menu is priced at HK$498 per person with a minimum order of two persons.
