This is the first time the renowned premium ice cream brand will be operating a cloud kitchen in Malaysia

The world-famous sweet treats of Cold Stone Creamery are now available in Petaling Jaya, as the brand has opened a new location at the COOX cloud kitchen in Glo Damansara.

Ice cream lovers can enjoy such classics as the Cheesecake Fantasy ice cream and the Strawberry Passion ice cream cake from the outlet, which marks  the first Malaysian location operating from a cloud kitchen in line with its plans. It entered the Malaysian market with an outlet in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in 2018.

"We at Cold Stone Creamery Malaysia are delighted to bring our freshly made ice cream and ice cream cakes to customers in Petaling Jaya with COOX. This will be an exciting addition to our current locations,” says general manager Rupinderjeet Singh.

A cloud kitchen is a space that can be utilised by restaurant and cafe operators as well as home bakers and chefs to make food for delivery, a concept that has gained much traction due to the pandemic. 

Hailing from the US, Cold Stone Creamery is present in 28 countries, and is known for its ice cream made with butterfat. Despite the challenging climate, it has plans to open five more  outlets across Malaysia, on top of its six existing locations in the Klang Valley.
