Usher in the Lunar New Year by visiting Crystal Dragon for the Yu Sheng, a tradition known as the Prosperity Toss done annually for this very holiday. Prepare for a decadent Cantonese and regional Chinese dishes to celebrate a bountiful beginning.

Bring the whole family to shout "Lo Hei!" for the Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng, a salad drizzled with oil and sweet plum sauce consisting of sliced abalone, vibrant julienned papaya, pomelo, carrots, radish, onion leeks, chopped peanuts and deep-fried flour crisps, which are tossed while saying wishes to bring in good luck.
The abalone symbolises abundance while the oil signifies a wish for a prosperous new year. The chopped peanuts and deep-fried flour crisps symbolise prosperity. Lastly, for a sweet and harmonious family relationship, the sweet plum sauce is added.

Relish Crystal Dragon's special a la carte menu; it consists of double-boiled black chicken soup with Chinese ham, conpoy (dried scallops), maca (Peruvian ginseng) and fish maw, steamed prosperity chicken with assorted Chinese herbs, wok-fried mud crab in spicy chilli bean sauce, braised Chilean abalone with pork knuckle, dried oyster, sea cucumber, and black moss, steamed taro rice with lap cheong (Chinese liver sausage), mushrooms and diced chicken. And of course, the crispy rice net wrapped-tikoy topped with cheddar cheese served with candied winter melon.
You can visit Crystal Dragon at the City of Dreams Manila everyday from 12pm to 11pm.
