Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit at H Zentre

Hutong’s ten-dish Chinese New Year dinner features lobster dan dan noodles, purple cabbage and lotus dumplings and Hutong lo hei with poached lobster, tuna, scallop, and smoked salmon. Toss the salad high with family and friends to bring good fortune and make a wish under Hutong’s very own wishing tree at Chinese New Year dinner until January 31st for HK$890 per person.

For avid drinkers, head to the Moon Gate Bar, and enjoy specially crafted cocktails such as Hé Píng (HK$148), made with three different blends of wine infused with fresh cherries, Tanqueray No. 10, basil cordial and lychee liqueur. This fruity elixir is named after "peace" and is served at every Hutong around the world—in London, New York, Miami, Dubai and Hong Kong until January 31st. For the perfect Chinese New Year gift, pre-order Hutong’s black truffle and salted ham turnip cake (HK$210) from now until February 2nd.

From January 21st to 23rd, enjoy Hutong’s Feng Wei brunch where you get to savour unlimited dim sum while watching a Chinese dance performance every Saturday. Diners can also add on a 3.5 hours free flow for HK$260, and children under twelve can enjoy the brunch for free. On Sundays, a dim sum workshop and rainbow calligraphy are available for HK$628 per person.
