A delectable modern classic fare by the European chef awaits diners at this new culinary gem in Bonifacio Global City
Remember CAV? That stylish bar and café in a quiet corner of High Street, which, at that time, was one of the first to serve wines in innovative Enomatic dispensers? While this popular dining spot-cum-oenophile haven had closed already, a new restaurant named Pinot opened its doors, serving some of the best European dishes in an intimate setting. Still with the same culinary genius, Chef Markus Gfeller, at its helm, Pinot offers premium roasts along with new, well-curated Prix Fixe sets.
Diners can select among the 2-course, 3-course, and 4-course menu sets, which include delightful starters such as lobster and crabmeat salad, duck liver and truffle pate, lobster sago, or the sinful seared foie gras. Exquisite mains such as the wine-braised beef cheeks; rack of bobby veal and Kurobuta pork belly are sure to keep you coming back. As a sweet finale, delectable dessert selections like the pineapple colada, white chocolate flan, praline chocolate, raspberry semi freddo, and tart au chocolate are on offer, giving you that well-deserved sugar rush.
To elevate the dining experience, guests can marvel at a selection of premium roasts to be served, carved, and presented beautifully to tease the senses. Among these are the sweet and tangy whole roasted maple leaf duck served two ways (breast with black berry coulis, and ragu a l’orange with coconut adlai); herb-crusted whole rack of lamb with ratatouille and garlic potato puree; and the perfectly grilled US ribeye on the bone with Béarnaise and red wine sauce, mushrooms, cream spinach, and French fries—all good to share with an intimate group.
