Juyondai sake is one of the most coveted and prestigious brands in the Japanese brewing industry, with a cult status equivalent to Lafite in Bordeaux and Louis XIII in Cognac. Produced by Yamada Nishiki Aishan, the Juyondai Red Label gives a taste of fruity sweetness in the first sip, followed by the aroma of Fuji apples and ripe white peaches. The palate then evolves into an elegant, floral fragrance, retaining a mild sweetness without being cloying. Known for a velvety smooth and rounded mouthfeel, Juyondai sake is without a doubt an iconic brand that is worth savouring every sip.

The Kushiro x Sato Kosho Tenkui Junmai Ginjo is an original unfiltered sake derived from hatsu shibori, or sake made during the beginning of the sake brewing season. Using raw Akita Shukomachi rice from Omori Town for low-temperature brewing, and groundwater from Poro Hayama, the sake is of premium quality and delicate taste. Elegantly brewed to bring out a touch of fruity aroma while striking a balance between sweetness and sourness, this slightly carbonated sake is perfect when paired with sashimi to enhance the freshness of the fish.
