Celebrate winter solstice with Ming Court

Elevate your winter solstice reunion with family and friends in the comfort of your home with Ming Court's festive casserole. The team from Ming Court, Wan Chai at Cordis, Hong Kong has prepared an exquisite dish which features an abundance of delicacies, complemented by the rich and fragrant essence of premium abalone sauce to add a touch of luxury to the festive season. The winter solstice festive casserole is specially priced from HK$1,888 each (original price is from HK$2,299 per clay pot).

In addition to the festive casserole, Cordis, Hong Kong’s Chinese cuisine executive chef Li Yuet Faat has also crafted the Winter Solstice Festive Degustation Menu, showcasing classic Cantonese delicacies such as steamed whole brown marbled garoupa and roasted crispy-skin chicken. The set menu is priced at HK$3,888 for four persons to share, and is available from December 9 to 24, 2023.

Meanwhile, culinary director chef Tsang Chiu King of Ming Court, Wanchai presents the specially curated winter solstice festive set menu, featuring premium ingredients including foie gras, bird’s nest, lobster, Kanto sea cucumber and more. This exclusive set menu is available on December 22, 2023 during dinner hours and the price is HK$1,288 per person.
