The fusion of tradition and innovation at Blossom Palaces is evident as soon as you enter. Stylish design details are paired with the impressive “hang-roasting” technique originating from the Chinese Imperial Palace. An open-kitchen allows guests to see the action unfolding before them, while the wood-fired oven provides a mouthwatering, smoky aroma. Duck chefs are on hand at every table to provide one-of-a-kind table-side service, with complementary tea suggestions for an extra touch of refinement.

Of course, the highlight of Blossom Palaces is its famous duck. Chef de cuisine Ricky Wu uses premium suppliers to source the best Beijing-Four-Strain bird. The meticulous roasting process takes up to two days, using fruitwood to impart more depth of flavour than traditional Peking duck, with golden, crispy skin and the most tender meat.

The restaurant offers a range of accompaniments to enhance the flavour and texture, including its unique homemade garlic sauce. Other signature dishes include slow-cooked Beijing-style Wagyu beef, and chilled hairy crab roe jelly with sea urchin.

As the first Blossom Palaces to open in Macau, the restaurant presents a unique opportunity to indulge in a quintessential Chinese classic with a contemporary twist.
