From November 13 to November 30, a pre-festive buffet gets you in the yuletide mood with sumptuous highlights like roasted Angus striploin and truffle ravioli au gratin. During the same period, diners looking to go big are invited to the enchanting “Banquet of Hoshena: Festive Edition”, a thematic dining experience that showcases a meticulously crafted menu. It begins with a rosemary and olive tartlet before moving on to a comforting and rich chestnut soup. The main event showcases stunning blue crab and nduja sausage, incorporated into a chicken roulade, and sweet endings of decadent chocolate raspberry gâteau.
