For Father's Day, the feast will be extended to 3 hours with free-flow champagne, while guests have the option to upgrade to a main course of grilled 400g black Angus rib-eye steak with black pepper and soy. The pricing of the brunch is based on your preference for bubbly: the Signature includes R de Ruinart NV (HK$1,138 per person), the Deluxe offers Ruinart Blancs de Blancs (HK$1,488), while the Premium allows you to drink Dom Perignon to your heart's content (HK$2,280).

Helmed by chef Emmanuele Canuto, Pirata’s Festa del Papa brunch starts off with a welcome drink of coffee-infused barrel-aged negroni, an antipasti platter and four sharing starters, before offering a choice of mains that includes lasagne alla bolognese, baked sea bass, and the wagyu beef cheek pappardelle, which is hand-shredded tableside. Alcoholic and champagne free-flow packages are also available as add-ons.

Available only on June 20, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Duddell's has designed a Father's Day menu (HK$988 per person) featuring elevated takes on classic dishes, from steamed South African abalone with vermicelli and garlic, to crispy stuffed crab shell with fresh crab meat and Hokkaido milk. The meal ends on a sweet note with a bowl of silky walnut cream for a satisfying final touch.
