Bringing a festive taste of Italy to Hong Kong this holiday season, chef Giovanni Galeota, of Rosewood’s The Dining Room, has created menus for Christmas Eve (dinner only: HK$1,688) and Christmas Day (lunch: HK$1,388 and dinner: HK$1,688), featuring a savoury tart of beef tartare with burrata and black truffle, risotto with sea urchin and Italian mandarin, and a caramelised Christmas panettone with eggnog marsala and orange blossom ice cream.

The Steak House

Festive meals at The Steak House offer a five-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner (HK$2,588 per adult; HK$1,588 per child) from 6pm to 11pm with a wine pairing (additional HK$688 per person). A special Christmas brunch on December 25 (HK$1,488 per adult; HK$988 per child), from 11.30am to 2.30pm, including a glass of champagne and free-flow beverages is also available. Regular Sunday brunch (HK$1,288 per adult; HK$888 per child) on December 24 and 31 have similar offerings. For an enhanced experience, opt for the upgraded beverage selection (additional HK$438 per person) featuring champagne and selected wines.

Racines welcomes diners this holiday season with a special Christmas menu available from December 24 to 31. Chefs and co-owners Romain Dupeyre and Adrien Castillo have crafted a menu rich in festive flavours, using ingredients sourced directly from France. Highlights include the Ebro River smoked eel terrine, Norway langoustine which is pan-fried in brown butter and a playful Jerusalem artichoke dessert that combines hazelnut ice cream with artichoke cubes, meringue, and cocoa nibs. Options range from a five-course (HK$1,688 per person) or seven-course menu (HK$1,988 per person), with weekend lunch offerings of a three (HK$1,088), four (HK$1,388) or five-course (HK$1,688) menu.

Sushi Fujimoto

For those seeking something a little less conventional, Sushi Fujimoto is offering a special omakase exclusively for dinner from December 23 to 25. This menu (HK$3,500 per person) starts with an appetiser selection featuring awabi katsuo (bonito), ise ebi (Japanese lobster), female snow crab and ankimo (monkfish liver). The sushi course includes a variety of selections such as buri (yellowtail), kohada (gizzard shad), saba (mackerel), kuruma ebi (tiger prawn), uni, a tuna hand roll and more. Additionally, Sushi Fujimoto maintains its regular service for festive lunches (HK$1,580 per person), offering patrons a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine during the holiday season.

Specialising in British cuisine, Magistracy Dining Room is offering a delectable Christmas lunch on December 24 and 25. The festive menu (HK$988 per person) features dishes such as fresh oysters, prawn cocktail, classic caesar salad and a double-baked Lincolnshire Poacher soufflé. The star, however, is the aged prime rib, slow-roasted for six hours and crusted in mustard and crispy onions before it is carved tableside. Complemented with horseradish cream, beef jus, mashed potatoes, and oven-roasted baby carrots, it’s a feast fit for the season. The meal concludes with the popular sticky toffee pudding topped with vanilla ice cream.

This Christmas, Castellana continues to celebrate the culinary landscape and cultural heritage of Piedmont and has curated dining menus for the holiday season. The festive menu (HK$1,880) with six courses, and an option to add a wine pairing (HK$880) is available from December 24 to 26. Highlights include a slow-cooked Piedmontese trout and guinea fowl done two ways. This menu includes two Alba white truffle dishes, infusing an extra touch of luxury.

This festive season, The Baker & The Bottleman unveils an array of Christmas offerings from December 1 to 25, available at their Wan Chai venue and Landmark pop-up shop.
