Hong Kong’s beloved homegrown brand Dashijie is collaborating with The Chairman for Chinese New Year once more to bring local flavours together for the holidays. This year, sakura shrimp has been added to bring another level of flavour to the radish cake (HK$398). This is also paired with the spicy sauce from The Chairman which is made with green peppers, dried chillis, homemade Sichuan-flavoured Chinese sausages and waxed meat. Jiangsu Club presents two decadent puddings to cater to both savoury and sweet preferences. Those who opt for the traditional savoury treat will appreciate the turnip pudding made with handpicked turnips, premium dried shrimp, meat and sausages (HK$168), while dessert lovers can indulge in the classic red date cake (HK$138), which features fried red dates mixed with creamy coconut milk.
