Australian Meat Pies at Black Stump

While Australia may not enjoy the culinary pedigree of say, France, there is no denying that they do a mean meat pie down under. Black Stump, the Australian restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, is introducing a selection of these delicious pastries on their menu. The fillings include chicken, leek and brie; wagyu beef brisket; or kangaroo (HK$118-HK$148) and for those who'd like to try the kangaroo version but unsure about committing to a whole pie, it also comes in an appetiser portion for HK$88. All pies are served with fat chips, salad and a choice of black pepper, wild mushroom or red wine and balsamic gravy.
