Aqua’s first ever night brunch

Aqua presents its first-ever night brunch every Saturday from 9pm until late starting on September 9.

Radiating in electric blue vibes, guests can treat themselves to the ultimate after-dark experience with Japanese and Italian culinary delights, and free-flow champagne. Kickstart the evening with a neon welcome cocktail and a medley of unlimited starters, featuring octopus salad, veal tonnato, chicken yakitori, and an array of sushi, maki, sashimi, and oysters; followed by dishes such as paccheri pasta alla norma, roasted chicken “cacciatora style” and chirashi don. For those who have a sweet tooth, the highlight is Aqua's signature dessert platter.

Enjoy Aqua's night brunch with 2.5 hours of free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne for HK$1,088 per person including sake, wine, beer, and juices. For those who prefer to order food only, the brunch is priced at HK$688 per person. Indulge in Italian and Japanese flavours, rousing beats from Aqua’s DJs, and bottomless drinks served alongside Hong Kong's shimmering skyline. It's time to devour, dance, and feel electric.
