Cover Duck and waffles at Rhea Bistro is something difficult for anyone to say no to, at any time of the day

Rhea Bistro redefines all-day dining with global comfort food and a rhythm that follows the day

In a city that often treats dining as an event, Rhea Bistro takes a quieter, more assured approach. Located within Menara Millennium, Damansara Heights, Rhea is KARLS Group’s all-day bistro—designed not for once-in-a-while indulgence, but for return visits that slot effortlessly into daily life. It’s the kind of place you might stop by for coffee in the morning, ease into lunch without clock-watching, and return again for dinner without changing pace—or expectations.

From 8am, Rhea leans confidently into breakfast and brunch. Familiar plates arrive with just enough personality to feel considered: smashed avocado on sourdough layered with eggs, guacamole, salsa and chilli oil; generously piled truffle scrambled eggs with mushrooms; and a compact mini breakfast for those who want substance without excess. Alongside these is a playful line-up of filled croissant buns stuffed with fillings like mushroom and onion, salami and cheese, or duck and brie. They sit comfortably between pastry and proper breakfast, equally at home with a flat white in the lounge or at a table in the dining room.

As the day moves on, the menu widens into light plates and bistro-style mains. A mushroom parfait with grilled sourdough and smoked shiitake stands out as a quietly indulgent opener, while a Scotch egg with a still-runny centre shows the kitchen’s knack for layering regional instincts without turning the menu into a checklist of local classics. Pastas, salads, grilled cheese toasties, and rice or noodle bowls round out lunch—generous enough to satisfy, restrained enough for a workday.

Dinner brings a shift in weight, not mood. Only a handful of daytime favourites return—most notably the Scotch egg, Big Ben duck & waffle and truffle chicken pot pie—now joined by a tighter line-up of fresh pastas, heartier mains and a proper grill. Rigatoni with porcini and truffle, beef ragu, scallop-and-crab pasta, and tiger prawn arrabbiata lean into clean, comforting flavours. From there, the menu moves to seared fish, slow-cooked meats, steaks, rack of lamb, grilled scampi, and a tomahawk built for sharing.

An adjoining lounge—by day an extension of Rhea, by night transformed into Social Room—adds another layer. Softer seating, lower lighting and an unhurried rhythm make it ideal for meetings, casual catch-ups, or solo laptop sessions over coffee, pastries and lighter plates. A private dining room offers a more secluded option, with tailored menus built around the bistro’s strengths for everything from breakfast briefings to celebrations.
