Inspired by the Italian tradition of Merenda, which literally means snacks and a tea break, Paper Moon is launching its first afternoon tea set, where guests can unwind over a rich selection of savoury and sweet Italian delights. Among the twelve items featured in the afternoon tea set, guests can indulge in Amur River caviar by Aristocrat (20g); poached Fine de Claire oyster with salmoriglio dressing; scampi cappuccino smoked salmon and cucumber finger sandwiches; buffalo mozzarella panna cotta with tomato salsa; and porcini mushroom and black truffle tart. The Italian establishment also showcases its sweet offerings such as the signature tiramisu, mini Sicilian cannoli, bigne, fruit tart, miniature apple strudel, and Torta Anacaprese. Paper Moon’s Afternoon Tea by the Harbour is available daily from 3:30 pm to 5:00pm, priced at HK$488 for two persons. The tea set includes one beverage per person, as guests can choose between Illy coffee, tea by La Via del Te, and house mocktails, or a glass of Perrier-Jouet brut champagne at an additional HK$60.
