Philosophy
Everything at Ishigaki Yoshida, from the restaurant's seasonings to its source of water, is carefully curated by Chef Junichi Yoshida. So great is the chef's belief in quality ingredients that he will be hand-carrying seasonal produce all the way from Japan — it doesn't get fresher than that!
Dubbed a 'theatre-type kitchen,' the Michelin-starred establishment is devoted to showcasing Kitauchi beef, a premium bovine product from Ishigaki Island in Japan’s southwestern Okinawa Prefecture.
What's On the Menu?
Made up of Ishigaki Yoshida's celebrated signatures, the seven-course omakase menu will see the likes of Ultimate Crispy Steak, Uni Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffle, Abalone Liver Sauce Pasta, and Special Beef Curry Gohan with Black Truffle.
Can't commit to a sit-down dinner? Call ahead to order Ishigaki Yoshida's famed Charcoal Wagyu Sando for takeaway. The succulent sandwich will only be available in limited quantities.
