Guest chef Damiano Nigro has devised a six-course degustation menu, showcasing classic Piemonte dishes with a modern gastronomic twist, available from March 11-15, 2015

In collaboration with the renowned Piemontese wine of Pio Cesare, Nicholini’s presents an exclusive dinner that celebrates the tastes of Piemonte crafted by guest chef Damiano Nigro.


On March 14, chef Damiano and Nicholini’s specialty chef Luca De Berardinis will host an exclusive wine pairing dinner, featuring a six-course menu priced at HK$1,788 per person, and paired with selected Pio Cesare Piemontese wines, with dishes that include:

 

- Fassona beef tartare with Parmesan fondue and crunchy vegetables

- Roasted rack of lamb with Tropea onion jam, chard gratin and thyme

- Pan-fried foie gras with raw cuttlefish, artichokes and marjoram sauce

 

Chef Damiano’s creations can also be sampled throughout March 11 to 15 with an à la carte menu, set menus and Sunday brunch.
