10 Shanghai’s classic Huaiyang afternoon tea set is widely acclaimed for its eye-catching presentation and unique array of high-quality Chinese specialties. This summer, the restaurant's chefs have revamped the menu, adding even more appetising treats and seasonal delicacies.

The menu now includes six delicious chilled appetisers, the crispy smoked baby squab, a sweet and savoury dim sum quartet, two kinds of Huaiyang dumplings and nourishing drinks. The highlight of the tea set is the iconic Huaiyang steamed pork dumpling with creamy crab roe. This jumbo dumpling is best enjoyed with a straw— it is rich with pork and chicken broth, along with Taihu's seasonal young hairy crab meat and crab roe. The afternoon tea set menu is priced at HK$338 for 2 persons.
