Founded by Chef Aditya Muskita alongside visionary partners Jessica Eveline and Kevindra Soemantri, ESA positions itself as a pioneer of New Jakarta Cuisine, an elevated culinary aesthetic that celebrates the city's richly layered flavors and cross-cultural heritage through a contemporary lens. The restaurant blends a fine-casual ambiance with warm visual storytelling, centered around an open kitchen and interiors reminiscent of an art gallery.
