They way that maestro Chele González crosses the traditional with the mondernist is truly quite special. His bill of fare is a flavourful ode to his beloved Spain, adeptly highlighting both his favourite classics and a slew of tweaked, “Chele-galvanised” creations. Start off with a tropical signature cocktail (like the Mi Corazon or Sólo Tu) at the bar and admire the charming porcine décor strewn about the spacious, airy room. The Cebu lechon tacos are not to be missed.
