Located on the second floor of the VIP Lobby at MGM Macau, Enchanté is where Chinese dining becomes something of an occasion. The space reflects the lavishness of the Cotai Strip with vibrant, themed private dining rooms decorated with natural gemstones, Chinese flora and fauna motifs, hand-crafted embroidery and patterns inspired by traditional textiles. Led by chef Ye Hui, a specialist in Chinese fine-dining, Enchanté serves a seafood hot pot menu guided by quality, seasonal ingredients and artfully executed broths. Take the nourishing Matsutake mushroom and chicken broth, a distinctive simmered delicacy representative of Southern Chinese culinary traditions. Hot pot ingredients include a luxurious caviar and snapper platter, New Zealand blackfoot abalone, Hanwoo supreme beef sirloin and hand-crafted shrimp wontons stuffed with cabbage. Service is attentive without being intrusive, just a dedicated team that knows exactly when to show-up.
