The Ghosted Colada is a great way to start, thanks to its light and fresh flavours with just a hint of pandan. 2. Cin Cin

Love your gin? Singapore’s first gin bar has refreshed its cocktail menu with 12 new additions inspired from local flavours and culture. The abundance of watermelon in the country has led to the creation of Revitalize, a medley of watermelon and lime juices, cucumber syrup and Henricks Gin for a potent kick. Another standout is Majulah Singapura—the team’s original take on the classic Singapore Sling which uses Brass Lion’s gin as its base and a dash of angostura bitters for balance. Book here.

3. Flnt

The Nikkei-influenced sumiyaki bar and grill, which part of 1-Altitude’s multi-concept space 1-Atico, is home to a bevy of elevated sake-forward libations, speciality sakes that are paired with deliciously cooked dishes. Located atop Ion Orchard, take in the view of the city and sip on the likes of Nuevo Casa, a refreshing mix of sake with pisco, cherry blossom essence and yerba mate orange tea. Or, go for the Mizuame, a heady concoction of Kyoho grape sake and cognac with blood orange liqueur, cherry blossom and citrus fruits. These will go with the likes of sashimi, ceviche and tataki or other sharing plates cooked over sumiyaki binchotan grill. Book here.

4. Astor Bar

The great cocktail hour returns to Astor Bar with the launch of the New York New York cocktail menu, a compilation of old-world glamour libations that pay tribute to the original House of Astor—The St. Regis New York—but with a touch of local.

There are over 40 creations to choose from. But first, ignite your senses with Tong Wars, a slightly spicy drink balanced with Chinese plum vodka, lime and ginger beer. Joseph Barratt, founder and CEO of local independent brewery Trouble Brewing, expands his business with the launch of Temple Street. It’s a bottled cocktail brand available for delivery, offering a range of inspired cocktails developed with Proof & Company.
