Origin Bar

For the entire month of July, enjoy a World’s Best Daiquiris experience at Origin Bar, where guests can indulge in the best daiquiris from four of the bars on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2020 list. These bars include Coa, HIMKOK, Maybe Sammy and The Bamboo Bar. In this extraordinary celebration of rum, Origin Bar will present guests with concoctions from a selection of 300 bottles of rum and 12 exclusive rums aged in-house. Junior The Pocket Bar

A tiny, nondescript bar surreptitiously tucked away in an alley of Tanjong Pagar hides a host of treasures that are begging to be discovered. The rotating menu features many exciting concepts from across the globe. Up this month, the bar casts a spotlight on Peru. Be transported to the heart of South America through a thrilling selection of cocktails and street snacks from their Peruvian concept menu. Adventurous imbibers will enjoy the amarillo sour, spiced up with a touch of aji amarillo (Amazonian yellow pepper) and guava, giving the drink added depth and richness. For a touch of sweetness, try the cacao, an infusion of rye whiskey, rum, sherry and sweet vermouth. The Elephant Room

South Asian spices and spirits originating from India take the centre stage at the elephant room, where cocktail connoisseurs will delight in the unique selection of tipples on offer. Start the night with the race course plantation, made with clarified sugarcane, two indies by amrut rum and salt. The drink is sweet and earthy, with none of the artificial saccharinity. For something punchier, order the ayurveda, made with gooseberry, 10-day lacto-fermented grapes and nilavembu. Prefer a lighter drink? Get the Buffalo Road, an enchanting concoction of housemade pink guava and vetiver, crowned with a delectable pink guava jelly. Book here.

Mr. Stork

Variety is the spice of life and at Mr Stork of Andaz Singapore, guests can enjoy the best of Singapore’s bar scene in a brand new pop-up series, Mr Stork X, where notable bartenders from across the island take an exclusive one-night-only guest shift. Following this, their idiosyncratic cocktail creations will take up residency at the bar for an entire month each. Earlier this month, the first instalment saw Sobota Thomas of Lime House taking the reins, treating guests to three new cocktail creations alongside a tasty Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Book here.

Firangi Superstar

At the trendy new Indian restaurant Firangi Superstar, drinks take the centre stage. Cocktail No. 3, is a memorable drink that hooks you with its peppery kick from the spice-infused vermouth. This fenugreek Manhattan with ghee-washed cognac, maple syrup and molasses bitters is a standout cocktail that will intrigue the most jaded imbiber. For a sweet yet potent mix, Cocktail No.9 with its mix of cognac, cinnamon scotch, apricot and condensed milk is hard to not like. Book here.
