A night of splendid views, good food and fine wines at the Peak
On October 6, Cafe Deco at the Peak Galleria will be hosting a four-course wine dinner featuring specialty dishes, prepared by chef Martin Kniss, which are matched with award-winning Tuscan wines from Tenuta Sette Ponti winery. The menu includes:
- antipasti platter with Feudo Maccari SAIA Sicillia IGT 2008
- pan-seared quail breast and almond ravioli paired with Sette Ponti Crognolo Toscana IGT 2008
- slow-cooked grass-fed beef tenderloin paired with Orma Toscana IGT 2008 and Setti Ponti Oreno Toscana IGT 2007
- mango and passion fruit meringue soft-roll with lemon-lime sorbet
