Savour the unique charm of contemporary Korean mixology at Red Sugar, Kerry Hotel’s rooftop bar

Red Sugar is collaborating with Seoul’s popular Sookhee Bar to present a one-night-only guest shift, bringing a creative cocktail experience that spotlights Korean flavours with Asian elements to local diners. Mixologist Jihye Moon of Sookhee Bar will showcase a curated cocktail menu that showcases the distinctive charm of contemporary Korean bar culture.

Highlighted cocktails include the Feng Li Su a brown butter-washed bourbon-based drink brightened with the refreshing flavours of pineapple and velvety notes of almond. Another must-try is the Organic Coke, which reimagines a classic with lemon juice, citric acid water and topped off with tonic for a crisp twist on a familiar drink, a perfect tipple to savour while enjoying sweeping harbour views at Red Sugar.

Meanwhile, the Orange Chocolate Old Fashioned marries the rich flavours of chocolate with the tangy notes of orange in a decadent yet balanced cocktail. This orange peel-infused bourbon-based drink is layered with Monin chocolate cookie syrup, orange bitters and a splash of fresh lemon juice.

Sookhee Bar will take over Red Sugar on March 24 from 9pm to 11pm. Cocktails are priced from HK$148 per glass.
