On December 5, the rustic Italian restaurant Linguini Fini at L Place in Central will be hosting an exclusive Puglia wine dinner with vintages from Tormaresca winery. Hosted by Jacopo Pandolfini, the Antinori export manager of Asia Pacific, guests will blind taste the various vintages from the Italian winery with executive chef Vinny Lauria's Puglian inspired menu. The menu, priced at HK$408, includes:

- oregano and caramelised onion flavoured bread

- homemade burrata Andria-style of Andria with local organic cherry tomatoes

- pork shoulder parcels stuffed with fontina and herbs

- handmade orecchiette

- dry-rubbed bone-in pork loin

- whole mullet cooked in foil with olives and capers

- Puglia-inspired dessert
