First launched in 2021, Pernod Ricard's “Drink More Water” campaign arrives on our shores as part of its commitment to promoting responsible drinking across Asia
As one of the world's leading premium spirits companies, Pernod Ricard is expanding its “Drink More Water” digital campaign across Asia, launching it locally here in Malaysia to raise awareness of the importance of drinking water and pacing oneself when consuming alcohol.
Having already reached more than 110 million consumers to date across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, Pernod Ricard aims to reach over 87 million people across Asia with its belief that convivial moments cannot be enjoyed in excess. Playing a role in the prevention and reduction of harmful alcohol consumption through collaborative efforts has been a key focus for the company.

Talking about the initiative, Benny Tsang, managing director of Pernod Ricard Malaysia said the campaign is a concrete example that demonstrates Pernod Ricard's lasting commitment to ensuring that its brands are enjoyed responsibly. “The mission of creating Conviviality requires Pernod Ricard to help adult consumers make responsible choices about whether, when, how, and how much to drink,” Tsang emphasises.
