Previously only available to shop online, the brand’s unique gin offerings are now going to be fully showcased at its own café and bar concept. Opening today (February 5) in Tsuen Wan’s The Mills, Tankyu Distillery will be serving a range of creative cocktails, which will unite the worlds of coffee, tea and spirits.
Cocktails on offer include the PTG British Cream Coffee, with Perfume Trees Gin, orange liqueur and coffee cream; the The View from Afternoon, with Perfume Trees Gin, Dolin Blanc vermouth, cold brew jasmine tea, Suze and jasmine tea leaves; and the Bitter Perfume, with Perfume Trees Gin, Campari, lime juice, pink grapefruit juice, mint and grapefruit bitters.
Continuing the trend for both CBD coffees and CBD alcoholic drinks in Hong Kong, Tankyu Distillery will also be incorporating CBD drops into several of its creations, such as the Tranquility, with Perfume Trees Gin, Grand Marnier, cold brew green tea and CBD drops; along with the Garden, crafted with Ceder’s Classic gin, cold brew coffee, rose syrup and CBD.
