The classic gin aims to create exceptional balance in every drop, an aromatic delivery blend of juniper, citrus and spice that’s key to crafting the perfect martini or gin and tonic.
The brand is reinforcing its commitment to excellence and purity in a distinctive collaboration with acclaimed Hong Kong bar Argo.
“We are a bar driven by curiosity,” says Lorenzo Antinori, who heads the drinks programme at the bar nestled within the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. “We want to focus on new categories and innovative makers and tell the stories that would otherwise go untold.”
The bar’s unyielding commitment to working with the best producers and showcasing the finest spirits led to the collaboration with No. 3 London Dry Gin—a spirit which is crisp in taste and smooth in texture, featuring six harmoniously balanced botanicals. “A great gin showcases flexibility,” says Antinori. “What I love about No. 3 is its really dry profile, beautifully showcasing citrus and spice. The balance is complex and modern.”
Antinori wants to craft the ultimate gin cocktail; a “balance of ingredients, flavours and surroundings”, he says, led him to create the Majestic Martini, his homage to the classic. Antinori reinterprets the ubiquitous drink using sweet Amontillado sherry and yuzu bitters combined with oolong tea and coconut water, pouring it into a martini glass directly from the famous No. 3 bottle.

“When we put together this collaboration together we asked, what is the spirit trying to tell us?” says Antinori as he recalls. With nods to both tradition and modernity, he crafts a story about the spirit-makers and their heritage at London’s No. 3 St James Street, along with British culture and curiosity.
Mirroring the nuances of the city with its polarising elements—the old and the new, the East and the West, the urban vibrancy and the rural serenity. He says, “Perfection is inspired by tradition and evolution, embracing what has been accomplished and opening new doors for what’s to come.”
