Ingredients:

  • 45ml Maker’s Mark
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 5ml Grenadine syrup
  • Egg white
  • 3 blueberries
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters for garnish

Method:

  1. Put the blueberries into the shaker and muddle.
  2. Separate the egg white from the yolk and add the egg white into the shaker. Put in all the liquids and do a dry shake for about 10 seconds. This is when we shake the mixture without ice to aerate and foam up the egg white (be careful with the pressure build-up).
  3. Open the shaker and add ice to about 3/5 full and shaker for a good 5 to 8 seconds.
  4. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
