After an intense competition that saw qualified chefs from around the world vie for the chance to be the executive chef of Moët & Chandon, one man has come up tops. Marco Fadiga not only survived a shortlisting, but also out-cooked three other chefs in a face-to-face battle to be crowned winner of ‘Moët & Chandon Wants You!’
The Italian Chef has over 20 years of experience in highly prestigious restaurants across Europe. Starting his career at the one Michelin starred restaurant Poulbot in London, Chef Marco would move on to several restaurants in Biarritz, Toulouse, Paris and Bologna, racking up a propensity for Michelin starred restaurants.
From 1999 onwards, Chef Marco owned three restaurants in Bologna – La Pernice e La Gallina, Marco Fadiga Bistrot and most recently Noir. Now he will take up his new role that will require matching up culinary creations with Moët & Chandon champagnes.

Chef Marco himself expressed nothing but excitement for the future.
