Four new original and theatrical cocktails take the spotlight at the restobar's upstairs cocktail den, featuring out-of-the-norm ingredients such as homemade orgeat, fermented jasmine and rose tea kombucha, or burnt cocoa husks.
Take this drink for example, the Celestial 5, a smoky, savoury concoction made of duck fat washed dark rum with a Guinness reduction, orange bitters and a splash of hoisin sauce.
