Italian restaurant prepares for the F1 weekend with a brunch feast and free flow champagne

Senso Ristorante & Bar gears up for the Singapore Grand Prix fever with a special one-day only tantalising F1 Taittinger Champagne Brunch on Sunday, 20 September 2015. From 11:30am to 3pm, indulge in a delicious line-up of dishes that will keep you turbo charged for the adrenaline-pumping races.

Not to be missed is the Risotto Carnaroli with Taittinger Champagne and Chanterelles Mushrooms. Made with the traditional Carnaroli rice, the velvety dish is cooked perfectly with just the right amount of bite and flavoured with the deep earthy tones from the mushrooms.

Steak lovers can tuck into a traditional Beef Tagliata or sliced steak, which will be served with a side of rucola, parmesan flakes, confit tomatoes and tangy balsamico sauce.
