Following the success of Room 309 at The Pottinger Hong Kong, Antonio Lai is teaming up with Taiwan’s cocktail maverick Angus Zou for the Hong Kong outpost of Draft Land, a cocktail bar debuted in Taiwan by Zou earlier this year. Together the mixology duo will present Hong Kong’s first cocktails on tap concept.

Developed for a simple, no-fuss cocktail bar experience in mind, Zou strips down the cocktail experience by crafting seasonal, pre-batch-only concoctions that are served on tap, focusing strongly on consistency and quality. The new addition to Wyndham Street will mimic its sister venue with a minimalist interior design, where guests can unwind over its signature draft cocktails at HK$90 apiece, served alongside skewered bar snacks inspired by local street food.

Draft Land is tentatively opening end of November 2018.
