"A Festival of Wine by Shangri-La" makes a long-awaited and exciting return for a third year with an exceptional line-up of 15 intriguing wine-centric events from 21 to 29 November 2022, spanning the three Shangri-La Hotels in Hong Kong — Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La, and Kerry Hotel.

Helmed by Island Shangri-La's Hotel Sommelier, Terence Wong, and the professional sommelier team, this nine-day gala showcases the finest collection of around 100 labels of world-class wines, sake and champagnes that will be featured alongside tantalising gastronomic indulgence at the hotel restaurants and bars, including Restaurant Petrus.

Diners can indulge in a remarkable 'wine and dine' experience in this Michelin-starred French fine dining venue, including the Champagne Lanson Wine Dinner, Mitjavile Estate Wine Dinner, Iconic Burgundy Grand Cru Wine Dinner and Iconic Bordeaux Back Vintage Wine Dinner, all perfectly paired with the exquisite French cuisine curated by Island Shangri-La's Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky.
