1. The Point (Wine)

The Point over at Medan Damansara has rebranded their top floor bar into a fully fledged wine bar. Expect a wide array of vintages and labels that put an emphasis on value-for-money. 2. MAZE (Gin)

Gin is the star at MAZE, with a playful take on the traditional dim sum cart taking the crown. Guests can order a "gin sum" cart that comes with an array of garnishes, vegetables and fruits with different types of tonic water for drinkers to mix and match to find their perfect pairing. 3. Pahit (Gin)

Taking over a colonial townhouse in the heart of the city and injecting some modern flair, Pahit is a genuine Malaysian gin bar. With close-to-home flavours like pineapple and basil, asamboi and lime, as well as elderflower, drinkers will be pleasantly surprised at how complex the juniper-based spirit can be. 4. JungleBird (Rum)

Located at Plaza Damansara, JungleBird is a rum bar named after the iconic cocoktail created at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur in 1978.
