Antonio Lai teams up with Taiwanese tapster Angus Zou for the Hong Kong outpost of Zou’s minimalist Taipei tavern serving pre-batch-only cocktails-on-tap. Simple slate grey interiors match the clean consistent flavours of sophisticated draft cocktails that stand on their own, served sans garnish. Two beers, two mocktails and around 20 cocktails are on offer, with seasonal specials as well as perennial signatures, such as the ambrosial Oolong Tea Collins and the popular Guk Bou with sweet chrysanthemum and earthy pu’er.
