Named after Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, this Aberdeen Street shapeshifter pays homage to a different kind of deity: the flavours of home

By day, coffee from Coffee Obsession’s baristas fuels the neighbourhood. By night, cocktails that taste like the neighbourhood outside the door. The new ‘Sippable Memories’ menu is a love letter to old Hong Kong. The Canal Road Flyover arrives with a wisp of smoke from barrel-washed rose dew, jasmine and osmanthus, a nod to the fire rituals under that famous bridge, while Dried Seafood Street captures Des Voeux Road’s salty bustle with oyster-infused rice wine and a chile warmth that builds slowly. The room is intimate with bartenders who know their regulars, and the sliding glass doors open to the street when the weather obliges.
