The popular Japanese restaurant is a great choice for Easter weekend

Celebrated for its contemporary approach on the classic Japanese izakaya concept, Zuma Hong Kong is set to present a new Easter experience. This Easter long weekend, the modern Japanese establishment will be home to a fun-filled brunch feast featuring an Easter-themed dessert platter which includes the restaurant’s signature molten chocolate cake and Japanese strawberry shortcake. The Easter Baikingu brunch will be served from Good Friday till Easter Monday and includes unlimited refill of champagne selections, wines, and beers.

Aside from its popular brunch feast with free-flowing bubbly, the restaurant is also offering a unique Easter Daikoku tasting menu, featuring a series of new dishes such as turbot tartare with white ponzu, shiso leaves, avocado and wasabi; and dry aged beef gyoza with black truffle sauce. The exclusive Daikoku tasting menu is priced at HK$1,180 per person.

From now until April 30, guests can also participate in the #UnitedWeDine campaign at Zuma, by asking for the special menu featuring 12 signature dishes and priced at HK$580 per person.
