Wild Game Menu at Wild Grass

From now until January 31, Wild Grass – the eco-conscious restaurant on Arbuthnot Road, Central – will be celebrating the winter game season with a special a la carte and shared tasting menu featuring wild meats sourced from the forests of Western Europe. The latter features five game dishes of your choosing, along with dessert, chocolate truffles and coffee or tea, priced at HK$690 per person (or HK$760 with a glass of sauternes), for a minimum of two people. Highlights from the wild game menu include:

- Roasted pheasant breast wrapped in homemade bacon with fresh basil, crushed almonds and a lime and sultana butter
- Charcoal-grilled rabbit thigh with orange and tomato confit on winter salad with mustard dressing
- Pan-fried duck gizzards with rose flower gastrique on cream of celeriac
