Available for lunch and dinner, the à la carte menu has tons of delicious options such as the moreish lobster and prawn toast blanketed with a spicy tobiko sauce, and a refreshing mix of avocado and baby cress in a miso dressing.
Entrées are made for sharing, especially the smoky Westholme wagyu striploin enlivened with tarragon emulsion, and the snapper bouillabaisse. John’s version is lighter but tangier, thanks to his use of spicy daikon and lemongrass.
