Those with a sweet tooth would love the brasserie’s National Day promotion. It starts with a three-course menu. Each one has three options; the starter is a choice between a refreshing escabeche, studded with red snapper, scallops and octopus in a zesty cider vinaigrette, and a more indulgent cold angel hair pasta crowned with uni cream, sakura and ikura.  Whatever main you choose—whether it’s the linguini vongole or cepe scented roasted angus tenderloin—both are winners. Dessert is served buffet style, so have as many gula melaka, pandan chiffon and lemon tarts as you can.

Singapore’s birthday is all about eating to your heart’s content, which is what this National Day special is all about. Choose three dishes from the Grill Section, with over 60 items, and you get the fourth one complimentary. Options include freshly grilled oyster rolled with pork, Japanese mackerel with plum, and scallop and prawn rolled with bacon.

A simple but delicious celebration calls for an indulgent meal here, away from all the National Day activities. The three-course set made for two commences with a chaat platter of bhel puri, dahi puri, pakora and papdi chaat, followed by a main course.
