Head down and revel in tantalising creations suitable for every palate. Seafood lovers will not want to miss out on the grilled scallops glazed with an umami seaweed butter and tangy grapefruit marmalade. While those with a penchant for beef can go for the black opal Wagyu entrecote, generously brushed with Wagyu beef fat. The beautiful cut is fire-cooked over binchotan, resulting in a beautiful sear and tender meat. 2. Anti:dote

Pamper yourself with a lavish afternoon tea at Anti:dote this week. Curated by executive pastry chef Yong Ming Choong and senior sous chef Jacky Lai, its Around the World afternoon tea spread offers bite-sized gems inspired by international flavours. Get started with local Singaporean flavours with the Singaporean chilli crab enveloped in steamed mantou. Then, reimagine yourself in South Korea with the bulgolgi beef short rib patty topped with kimchi mayonnaise. Pry your hands away from the savouries and revel in sweet creations like the Japanese-inspired black sesame cream puff; and Ispahan-flavoured French macarons. Available from now until November 30. This premium steakhouse is celebrating Austrian Gourmet Week with a four-hands dinner experience featuring consultant and former head chef of Les Amis chef Armin Leitgeb and chef Josef Muhlmann of Austrian restaurant Der Gannerhof. Exclusively available from October 29 to November 2, diners will indulge in a six-course menu that puts the spotlight on Alpine cuisine. The meal starts with Backhend’l, fried chicken bites accompanied with cucumber salad and pumpkin seed oil.
