1. Chico Loco

This Christmas, celebrate the festive season with Chico Loco’s Mexmas menu. Available from now till December 25, indulge in its juicy roast banquet, featuring seasonal treats, festive sides and decadent desserts. Its traditional herb-marinated turkey is a must try—the bird is seasoned with coriander, sage, and oregano, and served deep golden with a crisp skin. Other highlights include its ancho roast beef striploin, smoked maple agave gammon ham, and pecan pie.

This multi-concept dining destination houses five 'hawker-prenurial' concepts. 3. Mad About Sucre

This weekend, take a trip to Mad About Sucre, and savour its new winter menu. Available from now till December 30, its five-course omakase winter menu features seasonal dishes including Hokkaido scallop, wagyu striploin and tartare of cured amberjack. Save room for dessert, as the menu also showcases a variety of decadent pastries, including Rouge Christmas Tree featuring dark chocolate cherry liqueur and cherry; Blanc Christmas Tree which features yuzu lemon and mint; and Rub Baba which features baba, rum and vanilla.

4. Book in Advance: Zafferano

The Alba white truffle is prized over the world, and on November 27, will star in Zafferano’s four-course degustation experience, and served alongside exquisite wines from Gaja. Reserve a table and revel in indulgent dishes featuring the prized truffle. Highlights include a tantalising risotto, showcasing a medley of Parmigiano Vacche Rosse (cheese) and black garlic, topped with white truffle petals. It is paired with an elegant 2016 Gaja Pieve Santa Restituta Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG, to further highlight the flavours of the dish.

5. Book in Advance: Casa by Remy Lefebvre

Embark on a gastronomic journey with chef Remy Lefebve’s thoughtfully curated five and eight-course menus, showcasing Casa’s signature and seasonal dishes. Look forward to dishes including the Hand Dive In The Cold Sea, featuring Kinmedai, Jade abalone and barbecued Norwegian scallop; and My Penang Memory, featuring Norwegian grilled King crab.
