The last week of December is looking good with restaurants revamping their menus to introduce creative offerings to end the year off with a bang.

Need a reservation for New Year's eve weekend? Head to Yardbird and celebrate the new year by feasting on a decadent five-course menu. Then, visit Cherry Garden for a dim sum brunch on New Year's day. End the final work week of 2021 on a memorable note with some delectable Asian fare at Mo Bar.

1. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar

Indulge in comforting plates and tipples this New Year’s eve at Yardbird. Look forward to its five-course dinner featuring decadent dishes such as its crab and caviar, tender braised beef cheek, and buttermilk poach salmon. End the meal with its heavenly Mediterranean-inspired grape and rosemary tart, which features a medley of roasted grapes, aromatic pastry cream and rosemary crumble. 2. One-Ninety Bar

Start 2022 off by treating yourself to an ethereal Floral Weekend Afternoon Tea set at One-Ninety Bar. This set is curated by celebrity florist, Nicolai Bergmann, renowned for his unique style of Scandinavian and Japanese design.
 
Each set features a medley of botanical-inspired sweets, dreamed up by pastry chef Audrey Yee, surrounded by a hand-arranged wreath of fresh flowers. Highlights of this meticulously crafted set include the fragrant Osmanthus-peach puff, elderflower-lemon panna cotta, and violet macaron. Diners can also delight in savoury treats, such as its red prawn roll with Avruga caviar and Scottish smoked salmon. Only available on weekends from 2pm to 5pm. Book here.

3. Mo Bar

Embark on a gastronomic journey throughout the Asia Pacific with Mo Bar’s latest menu. Fashioned in a sphere-shaped style, its menu takes guests around the globe through its signature cocktails and bites. New additions include its truffle cheese naan with mozzarella and fragrant truffle paste; tuna tataki somen; and a royal Indian tandoori selection which includes chicken, lamb, prawns and fish. Diners can pair their meal with its new cocktail collection—try its Holi, a concoction that consists of a wonderful blend of gin, buttermilk and spices inspired by India’s festival of colours. 4. Manhattan

Start the new year by tucking into a glamourous four-course dinner at Manhattan. Begin the meal with a seafood platter featuring Boston lobsters, Alaskan king crab and Fine de Claire oysters. Then, delve into its Tournedo Rossini which comprises bourbon-infused filet mignon and smoked foie gras, accompanied with truffle fingerling potatoes, asparagus and Manhattan steak sauce. 5. Cherry Garden

Dim sum lovers can revel in Cherry Garden’s New Year Dim Sum Brunch. Here, savour its signature dishes such as steamed prawn dumpling with black garlic, wok-fried radish cake, and Cantonese-style roasted pork belly. In addition to its signature dishes, diners can also look forward to two exclusive dishes—its braised sliced abalone and sea cucumber; and aromatic wok-fried local lobster.
